LOS AMIGOS ANNOUNCES CHANGES IN BOARD OFFICERS AND SUPPORT STAFF

At the February 6, 2009 Los Amigos del Padre Juan Board of Directors Meeting, three directors were named to officer positions and will sit on the Executive Committee. Their names and positions are:

Ron Stensgard, Horace ND  – President
Dr. Mark Christenson, Grand Forks, ND   - Vice President
Earl Milbrath, Chanhassen, MN – Secretary

Mr. Stensgard was previously Vice President of the organization and replaces Tim Killeen who recently resigned.  Los Amigos would like to extend gratitude and appreciation to Mr. Killeen for his service to Los Amigos over the past several years.  Nancy Evans will continue in the role of Treasurer for the organization. 

Los Amigos also announces the return of Katie Stensgard-Arias as Volunteer  Coordinator in Chimbote.  Katie replaces Melissa Hund who has completed her six-month commitment to this position. Many thanks from Los Amigos to Melissa for her work and effort in this challenging role.
