Father Juan Helber Vásquez Aguilar is the associate pastor of Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro parish.  Born in 1971 in Peru, Padre Vasquez was ordained a priest on July 15, 2000. He previously worked in San Jose Obrero parish in Chimbote and is currently a volunteer priest at the Hospital ESSALUD, delivering the Eucharist to the sick and their families. His most recent work with the diocese was his leadership role in their campaign to clean up the diocese.
