Donate an Item

Each year, 40-foot containers are shipped to Chimbote containing new and gently used supplies with the goal of providing medical, dental, educational, and hard-to-obtain A child with his new soccer ball, provided through the shipping container.items to those in need. Shipping fees are paid by Rotary Clubs and Los Amigos and items are collected, stored, sorted, and carefully packed by hard-working, dedicated volunteers.

What is sent in the shipping container? Only what’s needed! A new wish list of items is created each year. All items must be clean, complete (no missing parts), in good condition and in working order. To ensure the limited space is used as productively as possible, all donated items must be approved by a co-chair of the shipping container project.
